Spinner

A spinner for every application

We design and manufacture a wide range of carbon spinners in-house, covering diameters from 130 mm (5.1 in) to over 600 mm (23.6 in), suitable for fixed-pitch, ground-adjustable, and constant-speed propellers. The spinner is manufactured as a single-piece component using high-quality carbon. It offers excellent resistance to cracking, combined with very low weight and complete immunity to structural corrosion — giving the spinner dome an essentially unlimited service life.

The back and front plates are also manufactured from the same material. We use these plates for static balancing of the completed propeller assembly. Composite spinners are available for every propeller model we produce, typically finished in primer. Custom design, size, and finish are available on request.

All our spinners are precisely digitally balanced using our own specially engineered equipment.
