Innovation Before Production

Aviation is, by nature, a slow-moving innovation process due to its inherent complexity. R&D is therefore a fundamental step in developing new products, ensuring safety and performance before moving to serial or custom production. We embrace this culture of innovation and experimentation, testing new materials, designs, procedures, and products. At the moment, we are working on:

  1. In-house developed high-density wood
  2. Advanced automatic hydraulic governors
  3. A new manufacturing process for full-composite blade and spinner lamination
  4. A 4-blade GA propeller for an iconic aerobatic aircraft
  5. Internal tooling to streamline blade production, combining various wood and composite materials
  6. An electric governor for our Constant Speed variable-pitch propellers

As well as many other ongoing projects.

Whenever these experiments prove successful and satisfactory, we will share the results on our website and social media channels.

Innovation is part of our DNA: a pioneering test of our hybrid ground-adjustable hub, combining forged carbon with aerospace-grade alloy.
