Variable Pitch and Constant Speed Propellers

Electrically or hydraulically controlled, in configurations from 2 to 5 blades, tractor or pusher, for applications up to 2000 HP or SHP.

We manufacture several models of variable pitch propellers with outstanding safety factors, electrically or hydraulically controlled, in configurations from 2 to 5 blades, tractor or pusher. Applications range from 60/200 HP, direct drive or geared, up to 2000 HP or SHP. Available in diameters from 1.60 m to 4 metres, to be installed on powerplants including piston engines, hybrid-electric systems and turbines.

Our GT2V14 hydraulic propeller on a Rotax 100 HP RV-4, probably one of the earliest Rotax/RV-4 variable-pitch combinations in the world. Outstanding performance from reduced weight and a highly efficient propeller.
A custom three-blade hydraulic pusher propeller for the Rotax 915 iS, installed on an experimental aircraft.
On-wing blade removal made easy: our GTV38-177 hydraulic propeller on a Rotax 912 iS (100 HP) LSA.
Custom electric variable-pitch prop for a 100 HP Rotax on a Sonex kit aircraft, tailored to its limited diameter and ground clearance.
Our upgrade kit for the Rotax 100 HP-powered Tecnam P2008: electric variable-pitch propeller with V14 blades, spacer, carbon spinner and electronic governor.

Our electric and hydraulic propellers operate on most well-known LSA, experimental, motor-glider and aerobatic aircraft. The more powerful units, mainly hydraulically controlled, equip high-power special projects and warbirds — including iconic types such as the Spitfire, Yak and Me 109, among others.

Larger multi-blade propellers (4, 5 or 6 blades) are mainly used on UAS systems and high-altitude aircraft, adding feathering and reverse capability. We also offer a range of aerobatic, counterweighted propellers for Lycoming, M14, H6, LOM, auto-conversions and similar engines.

All these applications adopt the same natural composite blade technology, combined with artificial composite and metal protection, with several diameters and blade designs available for custom or serial production.

Hubs are designed and manufactured in-house, in alloy or steel, with several types available — some allowing field blade removal, a key benefit for aerobatic and warbird applications.

All our propellers are paired with dedicated composite spinners in various sizes, along with matching installation components.

Our three-blade hydraulic propeller conversion, suitable for many experimental aircraft, here spotted on a 200 HP RV-6. The kit includes the complete propeller and a dedicated 13-inch carbon spinner.
