UAV Propellers

We specialize in custom propeller solutions for modern aerial mobility and UAS applications.

We specialize in custom propeller solutions for modern aerial mobility and UAS applications.

Our propellers, designed specifically for these innovative platforms, benefit from our long history in R&D and a longstanding tradition in UAV propeller design. For this new generation of aviation, we have combined several technologies into a complete product line.

With our capabilities, we are able to support both medium and large-scale drone manufacturers and operators.

We offer two product lines:

The first is a lightweight, low-noise, ground-adjustable propeller line, made entirely from advanced forged carbon, and suitable for piston, hybrid, or electric powerplants covering a range of 60–200 HP. Named NOCTUA for its low-noise technology, these propellers are available in 4, 6, or 7-blade configurations, in pusher or tractor arrangements, with standard sizes ranging from 1.60 to 2.20 m in diameter. Weight is remarkably low — just 5 kg for a typical 6-blade propeller — with full metal protection.

For larger powerplants, we offer a second line featuring an aluminum hub and natural composite blades, supporting powerplants from 500 HP up to 1,400 SHP for turbine versions, in tractor or pusher configurations. Available with either hydraulic or electric actuation, this line offers the following features:

On-wing blade removal for easy installation, transport, and field replacement of damaged blades Feathering capability Reverse capability Significant transport cost savings, thanks to reduced shipping dimensions and safer logistics Precision-matched spinners, developed together with the airframe manufacturer for improved performance and fuel efficiency As with all our propellers and our company philosophy, these are available in standard configurations or fully tailored to specific applications.
