Safety & Testing

Safety is at the core of everything we do. No propeller moves into serial production until an official test report confirms our results.

Most of us here in the factory are pilots ourselves, giving us first-hand understanding of propeller behaviour in flight.

Safety is at the core of everything we do. We carry out extensive fatigue and failure testing on critical components — including blade roots and hub fittings. In-house, we have the capability to perform tensile testing, vibration surveys, simulations, cycle testing, torsional testing, engine run overspeed testing, FOD and blade rotative impact and more.

Following the engineering phase, our standard procedure includes internal testing with custom-built jigs, consistently yielding satisfactory results. But we don’t stop there: to validate our findings, we also partner with independent external test facilities, doubling the strength of our results.

Only once results are confirmed by an official test report does a propeller move into serial production.

None of our GA or Constant Speed propellers carry a safety factor below 4x.
