SERIAL PROPELLERS PRODUCTION

Since 1969 over 30.000 serial wooden and composite propellers, in various sizes, have been produced.
GT Staff carry out the same accurate controls and careful selection of materials with periodic tests on the serial production line as they do for ‘personalized’ propellers. The use of the latest CNC machines assures the same quality performance even on larger production runs.
Many domestic and international aircraft manufacturers ,clubs, and aviation communities benefit from GT-Propellers’ serial production service.

Example:
At the Airport of Carpi, during the main 2001 Club Aviazione Popolare Rally of the 8th Sept. past, Tecnam SrL has been awarded with the Thousandth Propeller produced by GT-Tonini for the famous Italian factory; the owner, Prof. Pascale, received it directly from Mr. Tonini's hands. The propeller has been decorated by a world wide famous painter, who contributes to firms such as Ducati, Ferrari and Maserati.After the cerimony, the feast ended with a party based on cakes and vine typical of Romagna.
