1969
Was
the year of the foundation of tonini brothers GT propellers
firm. It followed the design and the construction of earliest
glider, when no low about home built airplanes existed
in Italy.The great passion for flight, that Tonini brothers
had since their youth brought them to built propellers,
in order to satisfy the flight lovers of the time. The
development of sporting flight was so fast that Tonini
brothers, thanks to their experience, seriousness and
many years of studies, started to produce more than a
hundred of propellers models for very different employments:
ultra lights, paramotors, hovercrafts, airboats, eolic
generators blade, propellers for special films effects,
unhumaned aerial vehicles, until they comed to the production
of middle high power aircrafts. With proud the GT Propellers,
has been the first firm in all world that studied and
builted the earliest propellers for the innovative Rotax
912 S 100 hp, when it was not on the market yet.

Winter

After
the end of second world war no italian firm had certified
propellers, until Tonini brothers certified some type of
their wide production. Approvals JAA 21-RAI E 26-Italy,
LBA 32/110/21-Germany, Urzad lotnictwa cywilnego Z-DB-03-03-
Polish civil aviation authority. ( EASA company certification

1990
The
real success finally arrived when the demand for production
increased a lot, from the main aeronautical firms leader
in Europe, and the cosequence was the transfer to the new
productive area in Riccione, where nowadays skilful craftsmen
new tecnological and precise machineries are employed. |
2000
With
the dawning of the Third Millennium, faced with the ever
greater diversity of systems and techniques, GT-PROPELLERS
is determined to take control of its own future. The already
very wide range of own-design products ( Personalized production
/ Standard serial production) includes 2, 3 and 4 blade
fixed pitch propellers, ground adjustable propellers, electrically
or hydraulically in-flight variable pitch props coupled
to constant speed/hydraulic controls. The entire production
range is compatible with power plants producing from 10
to 500HP.
