For Hartzell propeller owners.

Following the positive experience we have achieved on new Yak propellers blades and other blade retrofit services, we have now extended our blade production to a new hub category. We are producing new blades that are SPECIFICALLY created to be installed on existing Hartzell 2/3/4/5 blade-hubs. Hartzell owners that want to improve on their standard metal prop features, please follow these simple instructions: Buying the GT blades: Specify engine type, aircraft type, Hartzell hub type, spinner size etc. Installation of GT blades at a local prop shop: Remove aluminium blades and use same hub and internal items to fit the new GT blades that are perfectly compatible. NO new hub parts need to be purchased and NO engine modification is required. After assembling new blades, the prop shop will make a static balance check and prop is ready for flight. Install the prop on aircraft. The GT blades are able to operate with or without counter weights.  ( depending hub type ) Two blade models in serial production are: GT-V-20H  paddle for aerobatic planes, V-14H for touring planes. Custom and individual blades can be produced on request. Pilots flying these modern designed blades will immediately recognize the advantages obtained with low inertia wood/carbon blades with leading edge protection. Better aerobatic performance, faster acceleration, low fuel burn – but above all high safety factors.
